What Margin reads, what it keeps, and what it never stores.

When you connect Klaviyo, Margin gets read only access. It cannot send, edit, create, or delete anything in your account, the permissions physically do not allow it. During your analysis it reads: account and list information, signup forms, flows, campaigns from the last 90 days, segments, deliverability metrics, and the subject lines of your messages.

You can revoke this access at any moment from your own Klaviyo settings, under Manage apps. Revoking kills our access immediately, regardless of anything stored on our side.

Three things. Your intake answers (brand name, who you sell to, revenue band, category, brand voice, your stated top problem, and the email you gave us). Your finished report, the same one you see in the browser. And an encrypted connection credential that lets the analysis read your account, stored with AES-256 encryption and useless to anyone without our server keys.

Reports live at an unguessable link. Only someone you share that link with can see your report.

The raw data pulled from your Klaviyo exists only in server memory while your analysis runs, then it is gone. Your customers' email addresses, profile data, and purchase histories are never written to our database. Neither are your email bodies. The report contains aggregate findings and numbers, nothing at the level of an individual customer.

Our email provider holds delivery logs and your emailed PDF for 30 days as part of normal delivery, then purges them automatically.

Want everything gone? Email info@buildingblockdigital.com from the address you signed up with and we delete your submission, your connection, and your report. If you have also revoked the app in Klaviyo, no trace of the connection remains on either side.
